2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed. If multiple accounts are used to claim bonus benefits, all benefits will be cancelled.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on ptc55: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these limits can be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Time

3.4 Source of Funds

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500, and to withdraw, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times, i.e. ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to each bonus. For the welcome bonus, winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable once the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times. If a withdrawal is requested without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, employing coordinated betting strategies, or any other dishonest practice will result in cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings. ptc55 reserves the right to approve or reject any bonus in any case.

4.4 Promotional Changes

ptc55 may change, suspend, or cancel the terms of any promotion, offer, or bonus at any time. Participants in ongoing bonuses will be notified of changes as early as reasonably possible.

The ptc55 VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier earns cashback on weekly net losses.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Example: a Gold member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive up to ৳120 cashback (৳20,000 × 0.6%). Cashback is added to the account at the end of the week and its own wagering requirements may apply. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's regular participation and activity.

6.1 Permitted Activities

ptc55 allows participation in slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, cricket betting, football betting, and various other games. Each game has its own rules, and users should read them before starting.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if any of them is detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Using any software, bot, or automated tool to play
• Manipulating game outcomes or exploiting any technical error
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent activity
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party
• Attempting chargebacks or fraud through payment methods

6.3 Betting Terms

Once a bet is confirmed in sports betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In the case of a multi-bet, if any single selection is found to be incorrect, the entire bet is cancelled. If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or left incomplete, a decision on the relevant bet will be made in accordance with the applicable rules.
